How To Use:

The Gold lining is a barrier.

With a piece of chalk, write what you want on one side of the barrier and what you don't want on the other. 

Place a tea light candle in the cavity and ignite the flame. 

Focus on centering and ridding yourself of any negative or intrusive thoughts.

Know what you are expecting and allow it to be.
